In order to handle competitive pressure, it was crucial to reduce the app’s time to market. In order to make people order from the KFC food delivery application in place of aggregator apps, it was critical to double down on the customer experience. To achieve the same, we offered a high level of personalization in the app and made it easy for customers to view their order history and make payment through multiple gateway options.
