Hiring the right people with just the right skills and experience in food e-commerce was essential to fulfill the nitty-gritty of the requirement and achieve desired results. Reducing time to market
In order to handle competitive pressure, it was crucial to reduce the app’s time to market. To meet the need, we placed our team onsite to help bridge the gap in understanding the requirement and connect cross-functional teams to brainstorm the solution while keeping in mind the current legacy system and its limitations.

Offering high personalization
In order to make people order from the KFC food delivery application in place of aggregator apps, it was critical to double down on the customer experience. To achieve the same, we offered a high level of personalization in the app and made it easy for customers to view their order history and make payment through multiple gateway options.

The app needed to function differently for three distinct groups. We built a robust Role-Based Access Control system. Contractors see a bird’s-eye view of all jobs, cleaners see their specific daily tasks, and owners see a simplified portal for submitting feedback—all within the same application.

Real-Time Progress Visibility

Cleaners work in the field, often in areas with varying network signals. We implemented a Live Status Update feature that allows cleaners to start, pause, and finish jobs with a single tap. This data syncs immediately with the contractor’s dashboard, providing total transparency on work hours and task completion.

Encouraging Quality Through Feedback

To help cleaning companies grow, they need data on what’s working. We integrated an Instant Feedback Loop that prompts property owners to review the work as soon as it is marked complete. This direct communication helps teams identify areas for improvement and reward high-performing cleaners.
