In a crowded ride-sharing market, the biggest challenges for users remain inconsistent pricing, long wait times, and a lack of flexible service options. Most apps force a “one-size-fits-all” approach, leaving a gap for users who need professional drivers for their own cars or highly specific vehicle tiers for their budget. Hiring the right team

Hiring the right people with just the right skills and experience in food e-commerce was essential to fulfill the nitty-gritty of the requirement and achieve desired results. Our team, with complete detailing, selected people that were not just experts in their respective fields but also highly professional and responsive to the client’s needs.

Reducing time to market
In order to handle competitive pressure, it was crucial to reduce the app’s time to market. To meet the need, we placed our team onsite to help bridge the gap in understanding the requirement and connect cross-functional teams to brainstorm the solution while keeping in mind the current legacy system and its limitations.

Offering high personalization
In order to make people order from the KFC food delivery application in place of aggregator apps, it was critical to double down on the customer experience. To achieve the same, we offered a high level of personalization in the app and made it easy for customers to view their order history and make payment through multiple gateway options.

High-Precision Real-Time Tracking

In ride-hailing, even a 5-second delay in location updates can ruin the user experience. We implemented advanced WebSocket and GPS polling techniques to ensure that users can track their drivers in real-time with pinpoint accuracy, regardless of network fluctuations.

Flexible Service Architecture

Unlike standard cab apps, Zippi required a hybrid model: "Book a Cab" and "Hire a Driver." We built a modular backend that allows the system to switch between dispatching a vehicle and dispatching a professional driver to a user's location without compromising the workflow.

Building Trust Through Transparency

To compete with established giants, we focused on Transparent Pricing Models. We developed a complex fare engine that calculates estimates based on traffic, distance, and vehicle type, ensuring no hidden costs and offering multiple payment gateways for user convenience.
